There are many reasons why a connection may fail. Try the following and search again:

  1. Make sure your iMark is turned on
  2. Check if the Bluetooth of your phone is on
  3. Check if the Mac address is correct
  4. Keep your iMark close to your phone

📍 Note: “Paired with another device” Message

In very rare cases, you may see a message saying “Paired with another device” on your NoteIt screen.

This can sometimes happen due to product testing during the manufacturing process.

But no worries — we can fix this for you!

Just email us your iMark’s MAC address, and we’ll take care of it remotely.

🔍 How to find your MAC address:

  1. Remove the pen cap to turn on your iMark.
  2. Wait for the “Hello” screen to finish.
  3. Tap twice to open the settings.
  4. Tap to scroll through the menu until you see “MAC Address”.
  5. Take a photo of the screen or type out the MAC address and send it to us at [email protected] .
